14.05 What circumstance(s) permit an aircraft
to be moved without approval of the Minister after it has been
involved in an accident which caused serious injury or death? When
it becomes necessary to
- rescue survivors.
- avoid danger to persons or property.
- prevent destruction by fire.
- implement (1), (2) or (3) above.
