Mt. Cheam and Mt. Slesse Tour
On this tour you will see the stunning mountains
south east of Chilliwack. See an up-close view of Mt. Slesse made famous
by the crash of Trans-Canada Air Lines Flight
810 which crashed into the eastern face of the mountain on December 9th
1956. You will be amazed by the geography of this area including
remote lakes, waterfalls, year round glaciers and jagged granite
peaks. Next we climb up to 7000 feet. Once at altitude we will fly
towards Mt. Cheam whers you will be able to see Jones Lake and the snow
covered peaks of the mountains behind My. Cheam. These mountains keep
their snow almost year round. In the spring and summer you will be
amazed by the number of waterfalls.
